How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply follow these steps:
- Browse through our website and select the items you'd like to purchase.
- Add them to your cart.
- Go to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards)
- Klarna (Pay Later or Pay in 3 interest-free installments)

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking Page or by clicking the tracking link in your email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
There are no extra shipping fees added at checkout for UK orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Processing time: We process orders within 1–2 business days.
- Transit time: Once the order is processed, it will be in transit for 3–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom and United States.
We are working on expanding to other regions and will notify you once we offer international shipping.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
We aim to process orders quickly, so cancellations or modifications can only be guaranteed within two hours of purchase.
If you need to cancel or change your order after that, please contact us immediately at support@tumbshop.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy if you change your mind. Here's how it works:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@tumbshop.com or via our Contact Us Page.
- Return the item in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
- You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we recommend using a tracked service.

How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@tumbshop.com.
We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tumbshop.com.
We will try to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been shipped.
