At Tumb Shop, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Our warehouse is located at: 14 Charter Avenue, Ilford, England, IG2 7AA, United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom and United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will notify our customers when we begin shipping internationally.

3. Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 1–2 days Monday to Friday of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and United States.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout for UK orders.

5. Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free Shipping):

  • UK Orders: The order will be in transit 3–5 days Monday to Friday after the order is processed.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or holidays.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime by clicking the tracking link in the email.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Restricted Areas: While we ship across the UK, certain remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery times. If there are any issues with delivery, we will notify you.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, and if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
